The salient features of our models: 

      The de-husking cost is reduced up to *8% paid in the manual de-husking operations. 

      We have various de-husking capacity of around **0 to ***0 coconuts per hour.

      It weighs around 0.5 to 2 tones.

       It de-husks all the various matured stages and sizes of coconuts in the same manner except for tender coconuts.

      The fuel consumption for the operating of these machines is very low.

      It’s very eco friendly

Our entire coconut de-husking unit consists of the following,

1. Coconut Auto feeder:

The (coconut) to the machine is carried automatically. 

 2. Peeling Sector:

This is followed by the peeling unit which separated the husk and the coconut. The de-husked coconuts are separated by this unit and the husk is moved to the next sector.

3. Stub (coconut top tail) removing unit:

 De-husked coconuts from the peeling sector enters to this stub removing unit were all the stubs from the coconuts are removed and a complete ball shaped nuts are given out of the machine.

4.   Husk dumping unit:

The husk conveyor would dump the removed husk away from the machine. It will take the husk and dump to a particular distance.

5. Coconut output:

The de-husked coconuts are separated by our machine and dumped in a particular place.

All these five units are adjoining with one another.  

Our De-husking units are available in two versions,

1.      Fixed Model: Coconuts should be brought near the machine from which it will automatically take the coconuts for the peeling purpose. Small construction should be done by the customer in their firm for the installation of the machine. The dimensions for the constructions are provided based on the capacity of the machine.

2.      Moveable Model:  The machine can be coupled with the tractor or power tiller and taken inside the farm for the de-husking purpose. There is no need of installation required for this model.
